As a CPA with over 23 years of public accounting experience primarily in the tax area, I mainly work with CPA firms performing compliance, research & sometimes process improvement consulting. Also, as a project-based professional, I can be utilized for anything from routine tax compliance to larger corporate multi-state and international filings. My tax support is usually performed on-site from Washington D.C. to New York City. I am comfortable with and have gained experience in most types of business entities. Recently, I have concentrated on tax structuring for Restaurants & Wholesale Distributors as well as International Tax Compliance particularly in the FBAR/Voluntary Disclosure arena.
